- Orders under $75 ship for only $6.99.
- Orders of $75 or more ship free.
A small number of larger items — oversized canvases, larger framed prints, the largest unframed prints, and the 60x80 blanket — ship at actual carrier rates due to their size and weight. The exact shipping cost for these items is always shown before you complete checkout, and they are not covered by the $75 free shipping threshold. Processing time is typically 2–8 business days depending on the product, and once your order ships, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.
Please note: if your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages — you'll receive tracking for each shipment.
All products are printed on demand. As a result, all sales are final. The Potted Pixel does not accept returns or exchanges and no refunds will be issued.
However, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you have issues with your order (for example, item damage during shipping, defective, or wrong item received) and we will do our best to make it right!
