Who creates the artwork sold at The Potted Pixel?

Most of the artwork and designs available at The Potted Pixel are created by Owner and primary artist, Laura Cunningham. In addition to original illustrated work, The Potted Pixel also curates a small selection of nature-inspired products and artwork from other artists and makers whose work aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and values.

Each piece—whether illustrated by Laura or thoughtfully sourced from another creator—is selected with care and intention.

Where are your products made?

Many products are printed and fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand partners. This approach helps ensure quality while minimizing waste and overproduction. Some curated items may be produced and shipped by partner brands or wholesalers.

Because of this, production and fulfillment times may vary depending on the item.

How long will it take to receive an order?

Orders typically require processing time before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.

For the most up-to-date information on processing and shipping timelines, please refer to the Shipping Policy.

Can orders be canceled or changed after placing them?

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed and cannot always be modified or canceled. If an issue is noticed immediately after checkout, customers are encouraged to reach out as soon as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $75. Orders under $75 will be charged standard shipping rates, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

At this time, international shipping is not available. For full details, please refer to the Shipping Policy.

Will multiple items ship together?

Items may ship separately if they are produced or fulfilled by different partners. Customers may receive multiple shipments for a single order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers are encouraged to reach out so the issue can be addressed. Full details can be found in the Refund Policy.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact us within a reasonable timeframe with photos of the issue so we can assist.

Are colors and details exactly as shown online?

Every effort is made to accurately represent products, but colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

Do you offer custom designs or products?

Custom design requests may be available on a limited basis. Pricing and turnaround times vary depending on the scope of the request.

For inquiries about custom work, please get in touch to discuss availability and details.

Can you source products that are not currently listed?

Possibly. The Potted Pixel regularly expands its curated collection. If there is a specific nature-inspired product or item of interest, customers are welcome to reach out to see if it can be sourced through curated partners.

Can artwork be used for commercial purposes?
