SHIPPING, PROCESSING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping, Processing & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping, Processing & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
A third-party supplier manages our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
SHIPPING FEES
We offer flat rate shipping on all standard orders within the United States.
- Orders under $75 ship for a flat fee of $6.99.
- Orders of $75 or more ship FREE within the United States.
A small number of larger items — including oversized canvases, large framed prints, and the 60×80 blanket — ship at actual carrier rates due to their size and weight. The exact shipping cost for these items is always shown before you complete checkout.
PROCESSING TIME
The amount of time it takes from the moment you place your order until your order ships will vary by product. Please refer to this list of average* processing times:
Greeting Cards: 3-5 business days
Lunch Bags: 3-5 business days
Tote Bags: 2-4 business days
Ornaments: 3-5 business days
Stickers: 2-4 business days
Prints (unframed): 4-6 business days
Prints (framed): 3-5 business days
Canvases: 3-5 business days
Mugs: 2-4 business days
Tumblers: 2-4 business days
Wrapping Paper: 6-8 business days
Phone Cases: 2-4 business days
*These processing time frames are based on an average provided by the production vendor. These time frames do not include the time it takes for the product to be delivered once it is shipped.

SHIPPING TIME
You will receive a notification via email with a tracking number when your order ships. Most orders will be delivered within 5–10 business days from the day they are shipped. Occasionally, carrier delays do occur due to very high parcel volumes, and as a result, some packages may arrive a few days later than the estimated delivery date provided at shipment. Tracking information may also be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
